In today’s particularly challenging market economy, small business owners need the most current and comprehensive information available to navigate the uncertainty. Aligning with a commercial real estate agent that knows local market trends and conditions and has the skills to negotiate the most favorable and cost effective lease terms, rental rates, and rent concessions while lowering operating expense pass-troughs is necessary at a minimum.

Finding a commercial real estate representative that also cultivates relationships with key financial institutions including preferred SBA lenders, local government planning and permitting agencies and other business services equates to a much more streamlined and efficient real estate transaction.
